We recommend booking your vehicle shipment about 3-5 days before your desired pick-up date, as carriers typically finalize their routes only a few days in advance. While booking earlier can be beneficial, it’s not always necessary since carriers seldom plan their schedules too far ahead.
Yes, preparing your vehicle is important to minimize any risks during transport. We suggest removing all loose items, personal belongings, and after-market additions (except for essentials like your jack and spare tire). Ensure that all fluid levels are topped off, the gas tank is no more than half full, and the battery is fully charged. Disable any security systems or provide clear instructions on how to manage them. Additionally, remove toll tags and parking passes, wash your car before pickup, and document its condition with detailed photos.
We offer a full refund at no cost as long as your order has not yet been matched with a carrier. Once a carrier has been assigned to your order, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If a contracted carrier is unable to fulfill the shipping agreement, we guarantee a full refund if we cannot find an alternative transportation solution within 7 days.

Some may also permit items in the backseat, as long as they don’t exceed window level. However, please note that these items are not covered by the carrier’s insurance and are transported at your own risk. Always ensure the driver’s seat and front passenger seat are clear of any items.
You or an authorized representative must be present to hand over and receive the vehicle. If you’re unable to be there in person, please inform us in advance and provide the contact details of the person who will be present on your behalf.
